Snow removal in Northern Michigan.
Loader and pusher box for commercial lots, plow trucks for driveways, salt for the ice. Snow contracts get signed before the first push, so pick your town and call early.

Northern Michigan
Why the work is different up here.
Winter here does not all arrive the same way. The Grand Traverse side and the tip of the mitt sit in the path of lake-effect snow off Lake Michigan, while the Lake Huron side gets its own storms and a lot of long rural roads the county reaches late. Either way the lot has to be open by the time the doors are, and the drive has to be passable by the time you need to leave.
Big lots get a John Deere 644K with a 16-foot pusher box, which moves a lane in one pass and stacks the snow where you want it. Driveways get a truck with a Western straight blade, quick in and out, that fits between the garage and the mailbox. Salt goes down from a BOSS spreader onto a cleared surface, which is when it works. Contracts get signed before the first push, so ask what we have open this winter.

Questions
Snow removal in Northern Michigan: questions.
Do you plow snow in Northern Michigan?
We cover 48 towns across Northern Michigan. Contracts get signed before the first push, so call Alpena on (989) 255-5800 and ask what we have open this winter, for a drive or a lot.
When should I sign a snow contract in Northern Michigan?
Before the first push. Snow contracts get signed ahead of the season, and that is how your drive or lot is on the route when it starts coming down, not the week after. Call before it snows.
Do you do driveways or only commercial lots around Northern Michigan?
Both. Commercial lots get the wheel loader and pusher box. Driveways get a truck with a straight blade. Tell us the drive or the lot and where it is, and we will get back to you with an estimate or a quote.
